​Nina Orville, Principal of Abundant Efficiency, creates and implements innovative solutions to environmental and business challenges for local governments, corporations and non-profit organizations. 
​
As founding Executive Director of the Southern Westchester Energy Action Consortium, Ms. Orville has worked closely with municipal staff, elected officials and appointed volunteers on issues related to energy efficiency and renewable energy.   She has also provided consultative services to other Mid-Hudson local governments.  Engaged in numerous regional sustainability initiatives...

Ms. Orville serves on the governing body of the NYSERDA-funded Mid-Hudson Regional Sustainability Study, is a member of the Mid-Hudson Climate Smart Communities Advisory Board and worked with the Climate Smart Communities Certification program that was rolled out across New York State in 2014.

She previously served on the senior management team of the New York Community Investment Company, a $40 million multi-bank venture capital fund created to provide growth capital to New York State companies. Her role included structuring and negotiating investments and providing advisory services to portfolio companies, often as a member of the Board of Directors.   Ms. Orville holds a BA from Oberlin College (Phi Beta Kappa) and an MBA from Columbia Business School (Beta Gamma Sigma honor society).  ​

Nicola Coddington
Ms. Coddington has helped implement the Solarize Westchester program since 2014, leading marketing and communications for the campaigns. She has worked in the field of energy conservation and renewable energy since 2003, including five years as Energy Conservation Coordinator for the Town of Greenburgh (where she was an early advocate for solar energy and was instrumental in obtaining a NYSERDA grant to install PV on the Greenburgh Town Hall in 2005) and two years as executive director of the nonprofit New York Interfaith Power & Light...

Ms. Coddington’s professional and volunteer background includes extensive experience with community outreach and education on sustainability issues. She served on Governor Paterson’s Renewable Energy Task Force, the Westchester County Global Warming Task Force, and an advisory working group for the Green Jobs/Green NY program. She was instrumental in the founding of the Southern Westchester Energy Action Consortium (SWEAC) and later served on the steering committee for the merger of SWEAC and NWEAC into Sustainable Westchester, a consortium of local governments in Westchester County, NY. A former trustee and mayor of the Village of Irvington, NY, she is a graduate of Wellesley College.
